Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please drop us an email at reachus@gynocup.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91 9899095800 with the order details. In case your order is cancelled we will process the refund within 7 business days, after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Replacement, Return & Refund Policy:
Gynocup returns will not be accepted due to its fall in Hygiene category so they are non-returnable, we only provide Add on Size without taking product back in case of Size Issue.
Size exchange guarantee Program?
We do not accept return, We provides add on product in case size issue without taking any product cost, it will charge one way shipping in case you select wrong size. If by mistake you get wrong size from our side you won’t be charge anything.

In case of refund we will process the refund within 7 business days, after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Reasons for return/exchange may vary from:

2 Wrong Size/colour Delivered
3 Sizing issue is subjected for exchange only and the single shipping fee is borne by you.
